About Hoe Hill House

Hoe Hill House is a charming old farmhouse, approximately 250 years old, retaining lots of original features. These include the old hatch where sheep & cattle drovers used to climb a ladder to the room above to sleep. Thank goodness this doesn’t still occur! Feel free to explore our walled garden, with its own dell.

So if it’s walking, cycling, bird watching, racing or doing your own thing, we are ideally located within the Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty

Local produce is our passion and home made cakes, bread and yoghurt feature on the Breakfast menu daily. Our efforts were recognised by the Tastes of Lincolnshire in 2006 & 2007 when we received runner-up in their Bed & Breakfast category, followed in 2008 by winning first place.
